The Art Gallery​​

This comfortable and art-filled apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a large sun deck.

      The master bedroom's private balcony overlooks our lush patio garden. The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. Amenties include: 32" Sony HDTVs in the living room and master bedroom, high speed wireless internet, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer in unit. Secured 2-car parking (2 mid-sized sedans). Total living space is over 1,400 square feet. The Art Gallery is on the 2nd floor, 14 stairsteps from ground level.

      We're avid travelers and art collectors, and we decorated the Art Gallery from our personal collection of contemporary, folk and regional art from around the world.

The Quiet Garden Oasis

​​This stylish one-bedroom apartment sleeps 2 adults on a cozy pillow-top queen bed.

      It has a beautiful, leafy patio garden with barbeque grill. The breakfast bar includes refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and hotplate--everything but the kitchen sink. Beach chairs, beach towels, even a small cooler and a rack to dry your bathing suit.

      This chic, over 600 square-foot apartment is stocked with movies, books and music -- perfect for a rainy day, though everyone knows "It never rains in Southern California."

The Artist's Loft

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse apartment boasts a private master suite, vaulted ceilings, and a fabulous roof deck with ocean, sunset and Hollywood Sign views, plus ocean and sunset views from living room windows.
      There are many designer touches throughout: bamboo floors, imported custom rattan interior doors, golden onyx tile bathrooms with brushed-stainless steel fixtures and a Japanese-style soaking tub for two. The large, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has stainless steel Bosch appliances. Living and dining areas feature warmly chic, authentic mid-century modern furnishings. Secured 2-car parking (2 mid-sized sedans). Total living space exceeds 1,500 square feet.
